This thought brought to mind the movie called "You, Me and Dupree" where the character Dupree adds "Ness" to people's names

and empowers them.

The suffix "-ness" means "state : condition : quality" and is used with an adjective to say something about the state, condition, or quality of being that adjective: like redness

I will use my name as an example:

Pamela-ness

Permission to be Me

More of Me

Letting myself grow in what I love

Freedom to be Me

Value my difference

My quirky ways

My Laugh

In other words.....
